Pelican Beach Resort 1004 is a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests

The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.

The space

This thoughtfully designed unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a bar overlooking the living area—ideal for casual dining or entertaining. Sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed in the bedroom, two cozy hallway bunks with USB outlets and lighting, and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. You’ll also have access to two full bathrooms for added convenience.

Guests can enjoy full access to all Pelican Beach Resort amenities, including three pools (two climate-controlled), two hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, and tennis and basketball courts. The seasonal Tiki Bar and Café add to the resort’s charm, while direct beach access ensures endless opportunities for relaxation.

  • The condo is located near elevators for easy access.
  • Complimentary reclining beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in the owner’s closet for your use.
