Pelican Beach Resort 1203 is a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with AMAZING Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests

The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.

The space

Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed in the bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the hallway, and 1 queen pullout in the living room.

Guest will have the whole unit. There’s one bedroom with King bed, two hallway bunks, and a queen sleeper in this 2 full bathroom condo with amazing Gulf views from your private balcony.

  • A 10% discount is available for weekly bookings.
  • This unit includes two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use (located in the owner’s closet).
  • Pelican Beach Resort is a popular destination, and the beach may be crowded seasonally. For a better experience, reserve beach services early with La Dolce Vita Beach Service.
